As the first entry, let me express my gracefulness for being able to join the official photographers of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Nashville this year. The race is one of the events organized by the Greater Nashville Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® organization set out to battle breast cancer. This race on October 29th 2011 in Nashville, TN was a 5K run/walk. We had around 12 500 registrants that day, about 800 of them were survivors. It was a wonderful experience to join so many celebrating life and survivorship and honoring the memory of those who lost their battle with cancer. All our photos are being uploaded.
